Today on the Business Machine is Mike Bass. Mike is account representative of Friedland Industries and founder of Connect and Pull. He also is a musician and host his own podcast, Running a Family Business. 




Mission




To educate the public on recycling, scrap, and environmental services. In 10 years, Mike wants to offer a family-friendly experience of Friedland Industries in the hopes to engage and educate more people. He also would like to see more manufacturers come back to Michigan.




Learning From Our Mistakes




A mistake Mike learned from was not validating the demand for a product or service before diving into the efforts of starting the idea. The value of researching the market before entering.
