She was manipulated by her family to agree to an arranged engagement to a man she didn't know, moved from India to Canada where she met her Canadian boyfriend, and continues to struggle to end her engagement. She talks about her deeply personal experience with sexual assault, the impact on her mental health and seeking help, and the lack of support provided within the South Asian community.
