We speak on the nature of the property market this year and how he has seen supply side factors currently affecting the availability of property in the London Market. He also spoke of opportunity external of London and how he sees the process that is adopted by financial institutions in determining affordability as changing, the impacts of bounce back loans on applications.

The craze seems to be crypto , with certain major digital currencies in the past 12 months returning in excess of 400%, is it a bubble? well the question remains investors are continuing to speculate if market will continue to grow or if it will crash like previous cycles.

Opportunities exist post brexit how is the UK doing in navigating these waters Post Brexit, and the trade deals and flexibility the UK now has.
