Spiral Guided Visualization - a podcast by Darla McCann - Energy Healer ✨

This episode is a spiral guided visualization. The spiral similar to that, which you see on the shell of a snail, is very rich in symbolic meaning. It radiates optimistically, out from its center, ever expanding, full of endless possibilities. It has a three-dimensional quality that speaks of a journey in time from past to future, stimulating curiosity of what might come next in life. Spiral motifs appear all over the world, from Neolithic caves, to carvings on Paleolithic goddesses, to Celtic stone carvings, to Hindu serpents representing Kundalini energy, to the African symbol of the sun, to the Tibetan symbol of potential power and energy in a clockwise direction, following the path of the sun. It is this energetic symbol of the spiral that we will work with in today's episode.  Using the spiral as a symbol of positive energy, our intention is to release toxins and negativity as we enter into the spiral and release more and more deeper layers of negativity all along until we reach the center of the core vortex of positivity, where abundance is available to us and multiple possibilities reside!
