Not only would The Holy Spirit come alongside believers to help us understand the things of God, but He also promises to come upon us to enable us to walk godly, powerful and even dynamic lives with the gifts that God desires to give to each of us... As Pastor Phil said today, "Surrender, and ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit fully and completely."
