The effects of the worst financial crisis in living memory are still around us. But how can we reverse the failings that led to such crises as those at Northern Rock, News International, GSK and Barclays? Do we need an increase in regulation, or in leadership and ethics training? Or is it more about incentives and personal morality? Former corporate lawyer in the City and author of'Of Markets and Men', Cambridge graduate James Featherby explores these questions, arguing that finance reflects worldview. This lecture was then followed by a discussion by a panel of finance experts.
