"No one thinks it’s weird if you say you’re going work out, so why do people think it’s weird when you say you’re going to meditate or you’re going to a therapist? That’s the stigma we’re trying to overcome through clothing."

—   Peiman Raf

Madhappy is a lifestyle brand launched in 2017 by Co-Founders Noah Raf, Josh Sitt, Peiman Raf and Mason Spector. The ‘Local Optimist Group’ is using casual clothing to build a community around mental health and happiness.

The brand is known for its unique pop-up events and store designs in prime locations such as Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Aspen.

In this episode, two of the co-founders Noah and Peiman stopped by our studio to chat about the perception around mental health in today’s society and how they plan to make it easier for people to share their experience through their community. They talked about their early days, lessons learned and proud moments. The two co-founders also shared their vision and future plans for Madhappy.
