Meditation, Contemplative, Centering, there are many methods. But when it comes to most "western church" all we do is petitionary prayer. In and of itself this may not be wholly wrong but what does it say about God when He doesn't answer?
Guest Bio:
Mark Karris is the author of Divine Echoes, a husband, license marriage and family therapist, ordained pastor, theologian, wrtier, recording artist, Red Cross volunteer and all around biophilic.
He has received a Masters in Counseling through the Alliance of Graduate School of Counseling in Nyack, N.Y., a Master of Divinity from drew Theological Schhol in N.J., and currently working through his PsyD from Alliant International University in San Diego.
