As a life coach and minister, SharRon works with clients to help them understand how experiences from their past can positively inform and influence their experiences in the future. She also believes that understanding how you interpret your life experiences can be healing, liberating and edifying. SharRon brings her love of people, coupled with her commitment to emotional wellness to every encounter. She is a passionate speaker, seasoned facilitator, an empathetic life coach, a business professional, a certified personal trainer, a licensed minister, a proud mother, and the author of the newly released book, I Can Depend on Me.
