It’s Christmas Time… Ready or NOT!

 

Like a marathon-length sprint, the season has begun - and before we know it we’ll be singing Auld Lang Syne and reviewing our Top # lists for 2022.

 

The holiday calendar creates its own pressure; it puts a clock to our goals and accomplishments, a timeline to our struggles and a deadline to our picture-perfect dreams. Maybe that’s why this season can feel so exhausting!

 

But that first Christmas recounts at least one person who found in it a good night's sleep. And who couldn’t use a good night's sleep?!
