Movement creates energy and the more energy you have, the easier it is to create movement. In this week’s episode, Ang breaks down the philosophy and science behind Qigong, a 4,000 year old Chinese exercise. The simple description of Qigong is that as we can create movement, which in turn creates energy; with more energy, we can create more movement in our lives. It’s ideology indicates that no matter what movement you do, you will create your own energy. So, how can we apply this to our personal growth journey? Well, we know that we need to move, act & do to create our dream life. We also need energy to be able to learn, grow & heal. Qigong and any other physical movement is ultimately a way of being and we all know life is about BE-DO-HAVE. Understanding this to a deeper level will help you see how energy & movement influences you and the life you are creating.
