Have you ever been stuck in your mind reliving all your past failures? Judging yourself? Criticizing how you were living? Or worse, have your mind spiral out of control, and you just can’t stop. In this week’s episode Ang shared what it felt like to move through a panic attack, and how she found her way through this debilitating moment. She came out the other side stronger, wiser and ready to support herself in moving forward. This is an extremely difficult conversation to have because of all the stigmas that come with mental health. We decided to share Ang’s experience to prove that these moments do not make you weak. Listen in to gain some insight on what a panic attack feels like and how you can support a loved one that is moving through a difficult moment.
