His day job is a Realtor with Keller Williams selling residential, commercial, and investment properties in the Los Angeles area. His Steve’s POV YouTube channel started as a hobby about four years ago, with hopes of making more business contacts but it quickly gained traction, especially in Japan. Steve studied international business, speaks Japanese and lived in Japan in the 90s where he ran his own business. Today, his show has nearly 160,000 subscribers and over 40 million views.
