He is currently a Senior Advisor, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, for Radial Equity Partners where they focus on investments in vehicle aftermarket companies. He has volunteered for SEMA for over 20 years in various positions and has been recognized with several industry awards, including the SEMA Person of the Year Award, ARMO Hall of Fame, SBN Athena Award and he is a member of the prestigious SEMA Hall of Fame. Doug is also a recipient of the Lee Iacocca Lifetime Achievement Award.
