This week on Catch Up, James and Jordan discuss the careers of two rappers who have risen from underground rap communities to achieve mainstream success, Denzel Curry and Skepta.

The pair first discuss Curry, starting with his early days as a part of the Florida supergroup Raider Klan, his underrated debut ‘Nostalgic 64’, and his excellent new studio album ‘Zuu’.

The pair then turn their attention to Skepta, talking about his place in London’s grime scene, his collaborations with Drake, his Mercury Prize-winning record ‘Konnichiwa’, and his long-awaited follow-up, ‘Ignorance Is Bliss’.
