ACTS: Action Adventure! - a podcast by CBC Corpus

Today we begin what I believe is going to be an incredible journey for us here at CBC Corpus; a detailed look at how and why Jesus launched the church. Why do we (the church) do what we do? What are we supposed to be doing? The book of Acts gives us an amazing picture of what the church should look like and what the church should be about. Our first-century brothers and sisters set, for us, an example of what it means to be empowered, by The Holy Spirit, to take on the biblical mandate and mission given to every follower of Jesus Christ. Boldness, power, compassion, danger, persecution, miracles, action, adventure, community, ministry and more; it’s all in there! Let’s talk more about it.
