The Genome of Joy - Part 1 - a podcast by CBC Corpus

Today we begin a new series covering the new testament letter of Philippians. Genome is defined as the complete genetic makeup of an organism. For our purposes, we’ll be looking at the genome of joy as Paul gives it in this short epistle. In our world, joy is often mistakenly mixed in with happiness. One can be happy with joy but true joy is something altogether different. Taking a superficial, happy-go-lucky approach to joy can cause confusion and misunderstanding when it come to fully getting what the Bible says about it. Let’s talk more about it.
