Today we conclude our series covering the new testament letter of Philippians. Genome is defined as the complete genetic makeup of an organism. For our purposes, we’ll be looking at the genome of joy as Paul gives it in this short epistle. In Philippians 4, Paul closes this letter with powerful encouraging words and speaks to the challenges that face those who strive to live for Christ. What do you do with the worries of life? How can you experience the peace of God even when trouble abounds? How does our thinking play into all of this? We’ll look at these and other questions as we work through Paul’s closing remarks to a church he dearly loved.
