Today, we’re in Acts chapter 23 where the apostle Paul, once again, addresses those who had just beat him as “brothers”. How could he do that? As if that were not enough, they plot to kill him. A family member of Paul rats them out and the Roman leaders, of all people, help to spare Paul’s life. It’s so sad what hate, bitterness and pride can do to the human heart. We’ll talk more about it.
