Spoof is a humorous imitation of something, typically a film or a particular genre of film, in which its characteristic features are exaggerated for comic effect.A spoof is a funny version of something, like a movie or a book. ... Movies like "Spaceballs," a spoof of the "Star Wars" films, and "Scary Movie," which spoofs the entire horror film genre, are great examples. Spoof originally meant "hoax," and it comes from a game, Spouf, invented by a British comedian in 1884. Sampoornesh Babu is an Indian film actor who works in Telugu cinema. He made his acting debut as the lead role in the 2014 film, Hrudaya Kaleyam, for which he won the CineMAA Award for Best Actor in a Comic Role. He is known for his comedic films and was also a contestant in Bigg Boss Telugu.  Chirakodinja Kinavukal (English: Dreams with Broken Wings) is a 2015 Malayalam spoof film. Directed by debutant Santhosh Viswanath, the film has been produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames. It has the notable achievement of being the first ever Malayalam parody film. The film features Kunchacko Boban, Sreenivasan and Rima Kallingal in the lead roles along with Joy Mathew, Mamukkoya, Saiju Kurup and Srinda Ashab. Chirakodinja Kinavukal released on 1 May to generally mixed to positive reviews. Thamizh Padam (transl. Tamil Film) is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language parody film written and directed by C. S. Amudhan in his directorial debut. The film stars Shiva and Disha Pandey in the lead roles. Thamizh Padam was the first full length spoof in Tamil cinema. It parodies contemporary commercial films and actors in Tamil cinema, mocking the stereotypical scenes.[2][3]  The film was distributed by Dhayanidhi Alagiri under the banner Cloud Nine Movies, and it was released on 29 January 2010. It won critical acclaim and commercial success at the box office. The film was later remade in Telugu as Sudigadu starring Allari Naresh. A sequel called Thamizh Padam 2 has been confirmed and released in July 2018. Tamizh Padam 2: Police Athiyayam (transl. Tamil Film 2: Police Chapter) is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language parody film written and directed by C. S. Amudhan and produced by S. Sashikanth. A sequel to the successful Thamizh Padam (2010), the film stars Shiva, Iswarya Menon, Sathish, and Disha Pandey. The music was composed by Kannan with cinematography by Gopi Amarnath and editing by T. S. Suresh. The film released on 13 July 2018.
