Any martial arts that you practice, there is a state of mind that martial arts will help you to build, will help you to nurture and cultivate. And that state of mind is not only positive but balanced. It balances you as a person to keep yourself in a place in life where you're confident and you feel good about your life, the direction of your life. They kinda like takes away any selfish desires and attitudes and anything that would get you to otherwise become out of balance. So the practice of the martial arts does definitely help with a positive mindset. A balanced mindset, a strong mind saying there's no quitting in you,  But that also translates to the wellness of your life.  Meaning it puts you in a place where you feel peace when you're trained, it feels, there's an exchange of stress for peace. It reduces and takes away all the stress in your body and in your mind. stress is connected to a lot of these functions, disease in your body, cancer, it just does a lot to hurt you when you have stress. It tightens you, it tenses you up. It takes your body from a good posture to a poor posture. If you look up the studies that have been done about posture, then you also know that hurts the overall wellness of your body and your mind.

 If you can join a program to learn martial arts this is an amazing tool that you can use to live a life of wellness. One that's like you're trained for wellness. You train for the benefit of longevity, quality alone, long life, a place that can teach your body mechanics in a way that is safe, that thinks away for long term, that is looking for the safety and health of your life and that is looking to use it as a way to, or away towards overall wellness.
