Lindsey Barrows has been employed at Datrium, Inc. as their CHRO for the past 1.5 years. Having worked over 20 years mostly in the area/s of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for Technology companies, she is very familiar with the aggressive hiring and operational HR framework needed to build and ramp a start-up company. She is particularly experienced in the areas of talent acquisition and management, executive coaching and strategy. Lindsey is from Texas where she lives with her 17 year old daughter who has never met a rule she didn’t follow and her 15 year old son who ever met a rule he would follow and their Labrador Retriever, Tuck. Lindsey is passionate about changing how we hire and retain top talent as well as creating an open culture of honest communication.
