Bear Spirit Animal Card - a podcast by Alyeen L Lim

Stand up for yourself! I like that a bear represents standing up for yourself. When a bear is faced with a predator they satnd on their hind legs to let the predator know they aren't comfortable. In essence the bear is standing up for himself.  Saying that you don't want to do something because you are uncomfortable is ok and actually good. Make sure to let people know when something doesn't feel 'right'.
