CARSON'S PIE RECIPE
1 cup of milk (you can add a little cream to make it richer)
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
A tablespoon of cornstarch / corn flour.

Mix all the ingredients together and add 1 cup of your favorite fruit.

Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake for 30 - 40 mins at appx 180 degrees celsius (350degrees Fahrenheit).
