Cherif Bassiouni, Distinguished Research Professor of Law at DePaul University College of Law and President Emeritus of the International Human Rights Law Institute; Gordana Igric, Regional Network Director of the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN); Judge Shireen Avis Fisher, International Judge to the War Crimes Chamber of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
