There has been a lot of discussion lately about sporting clubs being more open to all of our community as we reset during this time. Tanya has been a pioneer in this space, working with indigenous communities, players with disability, the LGBTI community and women. She discusses how policy change and cultural change are what is required to make the footy a space that is open to everyone.
