For my clients, let’s tap together whenever you’re feeling anxious. Remember to be mindful and check in with your body upon waking. It allows us to know if we have any anxious feelings towards anything during the day or whatever situation we are currently experiencing. If we can start our mornings with a tapping session and rewire our nervous system it helps us to not lose our cool with the ones we love or work with.
