Sunday Service - The 80/20 rule says that if 100 people are working at a task, then 20 people will outperform and achieve more results than the other 80 people combined. This rule works because many people are performing tasks and implementing visions that God never gifted them to do, thus we get an uneven output of results. God created us with equal value but gifted us unequal talent. Many of us are frustrated and not successful because we're not doing the things we were gifted to be great at, but instead doing things we are good, okay, or terrible at. Exponential success comes from doing things you were gifted to be great at.
