We are now well into the fourth industrial revolution with the fifth just around the corner. As engineers we have always been at the forefront of these changes, however the rules are changing. Now more than ever we need to focus on outcomes, the benefits we provide and the environments that we set. The human centred approach is a common theme. We have fantastic opportunity to support these changes and address the challenges that are ahead of us.
