Filmmakers Kelley Kali and Angelique Molina named the main character of their debut feature "I'm Fine (Thanks for Asking)" after iconic actor Danny Trejo, who hails from the California neighborhood where the movie was made, but there's an even better story behind why she wears roller skates the entire time. 

"I'm Fine (Thanks for Asking)" is scheduled to air Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021 on the BET Her cable chanel.
