The Death of Death in the Death of Christ, the Promise of Life in the Resurrection of Christ | 1 Peter 3:8-22
1) Because Jesus conquered sin, justice is secure in Him. (Doing good in the face of evil.) – verses 8-12
2) Because Jesus defeated death, suffering is vindicated by Him. (Doing good in the face of affliction.) – verses 13-17
3) Because Jesus is alive, everything is subjected to Him. (Doing good in the face of victory.) – verses 18-22
