All the way from Poland, Kat is one of those women who knows what she wants, and she goes for it. It is true what they say about Polish women: they’re beautiful, highly intelligent and sophisticated, and they get sh*t done. Kat is living in London with her boyfriend, freelancing as a copywriter as well as working part-time as a model for Toni & Guy. She is also building up her yoga teaching project “Cheeky Yoga,” and tells us that yoga is her real passion.

Her hair color changes as frequently as the tone of voice in her copywriting projects. She calls herself a committed advocate for personal growth, movement, and healthy lifestyle. She’s a travel junkie, and whenever she can, she gets involved in volunteer projects across the world on topics like women empowerment in India or coaching for underprivileged refugee kids in Malaysia. Kat’s story is all about overcoming lack of self-love that has been instilled in her by her parents.

On this episode, she shares her past of overeating, sleeping around, drinking and having the time of her life. While she enjoyed all the crazy moments during that time, she was beating herself up quite a bit, she confesses. Kat shares with us her story of transformation when she realized that “this” can’t go on anymore. And that’s where yoga steps in.

Join us for an incredible conversation about courage, healing, and self-love where Kat also shares with us her top favorite tools and resources that keep her productive and fulfilled, including:

  • 6 London influencers to follow for adventures when in London
  • 5 podcasts to get inspired by on life, success & personal growth
