Maja Gottlieb is a Holistic Coach & Lifestyle Advisor, Integration Specialist, and co-host of the podcast “Integrate Yourself”. Her coaching journey started as a graduate of University of Georgia with B.S. in Biology, then a USAT Triathlon Coach, Exercise Coach & Holistic Lifestyle Coach III with The Chek Institute and now a certified Z-Health® Neural Performance Coach. Her Lifestyle Advisor background includes being a Yoga Instructor, Certified Practitioner of Self-Empowerment Technology & Energetic Bodywork, Craniosacral & Massage Therapy, Advanced Holistic Coaching certification with Journeys of Wisdom, and Certified Hypnotist with Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy Institute.

Allison Pelot began her career in holistic health by first spending 15 years as a competitive gymnast. Her passion for teaching soon grew and lead her to pursue an exercise science degree from Georgia State University, while working part-time as a gymnastics coach and fitness professional. This lead her to study master-level courses in holistic health, nutrition, exercise science, and rehabilitation with the CHEK Institute in San Diego, CA. By learning how to gradually change her nutrition and lifestyle, she was able to overcome asthma, digestive problems, and chronic inflammation by simply changing what she ate and how she moved.

As women, many of us strive to be healthier, but there is so much information out there that it is hard to know where to start. Allison and Maja have found that many of the diets and quick fixes online are extremely unhealthy, and that many of the exercise and diets plans are written by men, for men. Female-centric fitness depends on an understanding of the hormones and cycles that are specific to women.
