The team is preparing for its first spring scrimmage coming up later this week, which will give the new faces on the roster an opportunity to show their teammates and the coaching staff what they can do. Elmo is the owner of Max and Emily's, which has been a staple in the Mount Pleasant community for over 25 years. Elmo touches on the vast array of sandwiches the restaurant offers and how the menu is created, as well as his career path within the restaurant industry.
