Courtney Kust '13 became Hope College's Assistant Athletic Director of Events on July 1, 2019. She also serves as assistant women's basketball coach.


Kust has been a member of the Hope College women's basketball coaching staff since the 2014-15 season. She helps with recruiting responsibilities, scouting reports of opposing teams and player skill development.


In 2018, Kust was named a member of the Women's Basketball Coaches' Association "Thirty Under 30 Class," a distinction that recognizes 30 up-and-coming women’s basketball coaches age 30 and under at all levels of the game.
