Laura has worked in many different areas of sport, sports governance as well as politics. She is now a lecturer at Cardiff University. She has played club and international football, captained Wales and was part of the group who lobbied the FAW to get an official Wales Women side set up - a story she tells very well to us! All in all, she has some great stories and fascinating insights into sport in Wales, and the challenges for women in that arena.
