Seeing Christmas: Looking with The Magi - a podcast by College Hills GPS

Christmas is a season where we turn our attention to the birth of Jesus. This world-changing moment gives us a glimpse of the God who comes to dwell among us in the flesh. This time of year, presents a unique opportunity to see God in fresh and faithful ways. 

 

In class this year we are going to focus on better seeing the three virtues named by Paul in his letter to the Corinthians. He informs them that faith, hope, and love are important traits for us to cultivate in our lives (1 Cor 13:11-13). Therefore, this year we are going to wrestle with the following questions: What does the Christmas story teach us about faith, hope and love? What do we learn from the men and women in these stories about what it means to cultivate faith, hope, and love? Where in these stories do we see these virtues being lived out?
