On this weeks programme John and Shane welcome back Fr Eamonn Conway, theologian and lecturer at Mary Immaculate College in Limerick to discuss the latest encyclical from Pope Francis called "Fratelli tutti".

Fratelli tutti is the third encyclical of Pope Francis, subtitled of "on fraternity and social friendship". In the document, Francis states that the COVID-19 pandemic has proven the failure of the world to work together during the crisis. The encyclical calls for more human fraternity and solidarity, and is a plea to reject wars. The document was signed on 3 October 2020, on the occasion of Pope Francis's visit to the tomb of his namesake, Saint Francis of Assisi, and was published the following day, the saint's feast day.

In addition to that discussion, we have our regular local notices, a run through the celestial guides of the coming week as well as a reflection on this Sunday's gospel as we draw towards the end of the liturgical year.
