Episode 30 - Have a Thriving MOPS Kids Program - a podcast by MOPS Leaders

Join host Kelli Jordan and our guest Jennifer Iverson. We’ll use the word THRIVE to think about how we can grow as a leader and grow our MOPS Kids program. (We are using the word THRIVE, but we aren’t doing it in order!) 

T - Take care of yourself – be growing spiritually, emotionally and physically

H - Heart Attitude – I get to vs I have to

V - Vision – be intentional vs filling moments

E - Expect “trouble” – have a plan for crisis/safety

R - Rearrange tasks – fight the overwhelm by breaking tasks into smaller bites

I - Invite workers/moms/grandmas/aunts/uncles 

After you listen, we challenge you to look back over these six things and pick two that you are going to implement this month. Talk with another on your leadership team and make it a joint effort.
