Welcome to Consumed for good. We are excited to bring our take on combining Plant-based eating and the Keto Diet. With success using keto to lose weight, we quickly realized that consuming food in that way had a large impact on the environment. So, we embarked on this journey of a plant-inspired keto to make a big impact on our health and reduce our impact on the environment.
This week we talk about tips that will help when changing to a plant-based Keto lifestyle. later in the episode, we detail our wins and fails of week seven and how we plan to make adjustments.

At the end of the day, the main goal of waking up every day is to eat better and do the best possible for the environment, so dinosaur history doesn't repeat its self.
