This episode of Conversations to Cut the Conflict is pretty special as I have asked my sister in law to join me for a conversation in this episode about our family conflict and her area of expertise in health and nutrition.

?What we talk in this episode:

  • How important nutrition is for your mood, headspace and ability to perform in life.
  •  Why what you eat and when you eat it impacts your mood and headspace, which impacts your ability to deal with difficult situations in life.?

?AND We have an honest conversation in this episode about how we deal with our family conflict. You will find out in this episode if I ?practise what I ?preach from the people closest to me.

I almost did not publish this episode because at one point you can hear my kids in the background playing basketball and running up and down the stairs in my house. It is not really a problem for the recording but I ?was worried it might not sound professional enough.

I recorded this episode a couple of weeks ago, it was a pupil free day and I was helping a friend out so her children were at our house as well. After some thought I decided to publish it anyway, because Imogen and I have a great conversation which I ?want to share and not everything has to be perfect. And maybe having some background noise it is actually perfect as it is authentic. I am a parent that has to juggle parenting and working and sometimes this is what it looks like!

I really enjoyed recording this episode there is so much in it and I hope you will love it too
