How many times do you stop to say " Thank You"?

You are grateful for your life and for the opportunities that you have but do you take the time to express it and really feel it?

Gratitude can transform every part of your life... including your work and business. In fact when we are thankful and grateful for the opportunities coming our way it seems to bring even more towards us.

Two words, Thank You, are both simple but incredibly powerful.  This coming week is Thanksgiving in the United States and it is a collective time where we all give thanks for our family and friends and what we have in our lives.  It would be wonderful if we could make everyday Thanksgiving in some way... Ok maybe skip the turkey and football everyday :) ... but just get to practicing the Attitude of Gratitude daily.

Is there a friend, family, colleague, employee or anyone that you haven't thanked lately for what they do in your life... take some time to reflect upon it. It is essential to your business that you value the people you have around you and even behind the scenes and show that in some way. Whether it is a note of appreciation, a small gesture or a public acknowledgement for what they do during your next staff meeting.

As we wind down this year take a moment to think about the three most important things in your life that you are grateful for and write them down.  This will remind you that even in the tough times there is so much to be thankful for.

Asha and Steve shared their lists that included:

1. Health- Without a healthy body and mind nothing would be possible. Its important to invest your time and effort in maintaining the most healthy lifestyle possible. Remember that mental and emotional health is just as important as your physical health.

2. Support Team- The family and friends who support them behind the scenes that allows them to be and do the things that they do in the world.

3. Freedom-  The freedom to be able to create your experiences the way you want and share knowledge and inspiration to others along the way.  To really be able to help people in every way possible.

Thank you Listeners for Joining us on this journey.  If you have any questions or comments please visit us at www.conversationswithashaandsteve.com  We would love to hear from you.

And for those of you in the United States, We wish you a great Thanksgiving Holiday.
