He was inspired by his mother from childhood to live a spiritual life. Yogi had a Guru who taught him about a soul awakening chant, "I am soul, I am happy", as a child.

Having received his education, and a master degree in Yoga science therapy in 1975 from Ram Tirth Yoga Ashram in Bombay, he sought out to teach others.

Today, Yogi Ramesh is an international celebrity Guru, and a world famous Laughing icon on You Tube.He has worked with Adam Sandler, Roseanne,Jimmy Kimmel, and Howie Mandel.
Yogi has also been spending his time teaching Yoga to many Doctors, & medical centers.

He, & his wife opened the Universal/Laughing Yoga center in 1997 in L.A.

Yogi has 10 Laughing yoga clubs all over the globe. He resides in Palm Springs, CA., & is helping by teaching Yoga & Laughing classes at Ken Seeley Recovery Center in Palm Springs, CA.

Yogi Ramesh has a goal to open up more laughing wellness clubs for mental health recovery, disease prevention, & stress reduction.
