Chizer details some of the strategies being implemented to keep student-athletes engaged while staying at home. Dwight Allison, Assistant Athletics Director for Performance Nutrition at UH, also stops by to share some of challenges his team is facing with executing nutrition plans. And, John Houston (Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Medicine) explains how the athletic department intends to use the 'new normal' to become more efficient with their practices moving forward into the future.
