Leigh Yenrick joined me for a blueberry pie, celebrating the last LOTRs episode. This keto/gluten free/sugar free pie fell apart as soon as I cut into it but it was still super tasty. The leftover blueberries went into a whiskey smash with rosemary, making for a pretty awesome dessert.
