So we are now in July which is full of eclipses #eclipseseason

These eclipses are a reset for our mind, body and soul. The first eclipse is on the 2nd of July, the new moon in cancer is the following day 3rd. Carving time out for self love, self care, reflection. You might also feel a bit heavy energetically this week as the old energy is leaving, but not easy.

Some shadow work coming up this week. Also balancing our emotions and staying grounded

Mercury is also going retrograde on the 7th, this is a great time for reflection, obsorbing , figuring out what opportunities we want to take with us on our next chapter.
