So beautiful souls we have another intense engergtic week ahead. As with all this month of July. Mercury is now in retrograde and we are in between two eclipses.

I am also feeling a lot of Kundalini energy a lot of life force, sexual & sensual energy.

We also have a lot of shadow work and also new energy and influxes of light coming in. It is fair to say the energy is a little cray cray atm.

We are also heading towards the lunar eclipse in capricorn, which is very potent in releasing. Also
Chiron is also in retrograde today the 8th so a lot of reflection and reinvention coming in.

This is a very potent week as we are all going through a transformation and reinvention.

The energy is very heavy, dence and tick this week remember self love & self care be gentle with your mind, body and soul.
