Like her husband, she also received her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University. She completed family medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University as well. Aimee has also completed a fellowship in community medicine. Additionally, she is board certified in family medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He completed his undergraduate degree at Notre Dame and received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Brian completed residency in emergency medicine at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware where he was chief resident and trauma resident of the year. He is board certified in emergency medicine and is certified in advance cardiac life support, pediatric advance life support, and advance trauma life support. He is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, has been published numerous times, and has participated in various medical outreach programs. Your host is Dr. Ted O’Connell, family physician, educator, and author of numerous textbooks and peer-reviewed articles. He holds academic appointments at UCSF, UC Davis, and Drexel University's medical schools and also founded the Kaiser Permanente Napa-Solano Community Medicine and Global Health Fellowship, the first program in the U.S. to formally combine both community medicine and global health.
