one of my best friends and dopest artists/songwriters i know blessed me with this interview right before i came to thailand. he's the last friendly face i saw before taking the leap abroad, and there's a reason why.

Dylan Owen has been one of my best friends since I was 19 years old. it's absolutely crazy to think about, i can still remember the day we met. you might say i have a bit of a man crush. and i'd say you're right.

Dylan gave me my first chance at a real performance when he brought me on as his hypeman back in 2010. we opened for Mac Miller (RIP), Chris Webby, and did countless open mics together. we played everywhere from Webster Hall in NYC to the lunchroom in the dining hall at college.

He is preparing to drop his most authentic and well crafted album to date, and i came to NYC to hear about it.

in this episode we talk about growing up in Orange County, life at cornell, rap battles, his inspiration behind the new music, and what it takes to be this vulnerable as an artist in 2018.
