Patricia Lambert Gent is the founder of Resiliency Reframed. Her mission is to create a space to revitalize and reconnect through mind, body and spirit.
She helps high achievers prioritize themselves and create a life of BALANCE & ALIGNMENT.
 
Through coaching, kundalini yoga and the akashic records she has empowered clients to tap into creativity and create a life in FLOW.
Her experience includes being a Registered Nurse, Master’s in Leadership & Management and Lean Sigma Green Belt.
 
This balance enables her to interweave these practices into realistic goals that bring about subtle shifts to create lasting change.
 
She is currently living in New Jersey with her husband and pug- Bailey.
